Responsibilities
As an Assistant – Global Records Management (Contractual) at Bain & Company, you will:
- Contact case team members to initiate and track the case wrap-up process.
- Review Finance system data to monitor case end dates.
- Track responses and follow up on incomplete or overdue tasks.
- Escalate unresolved compliance issues as needed.
- Support the Professional Standards team with reports, ad hoc training, and compliance-related tasks.
- Collaborate with the global team to update internal systems with accurate data.
- Prepare reports and analyze case-related data to ensure compliance with Bain’s standards.
- Maintain responsiveness while adhering to SLAs and handling global stakeholder queries.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferably with exposure to database or list management).
- 1–2 years of professional experience in database/list management or records handling.
- Proficiency in Excel; exposure to SharePoint and ServiceNow is a plus.
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) and customer service orientation.
- Ability to work independently with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong sense of reliability, motivation, and maturity.
- Flexibility to work with global teams and time zones.
