Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage commercial and contract operations across projects in West India.
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts ensuring compliance with legal and organizational standards.
- Partner with the Regional Sales Director to align commercial strategy with business objectives.
- Monitor contract performance, risks, obligations, and key deliverables.
- Provide commercial guidance to cross-functional teams including sales, legal, and finance.
- Implement processes to improve efficiency, reduce risks, and ensure contractual compliance.
- Support business development teams in tendering, bidding, and contract negotiations.
- Maintain accurate commercial documentation and ensure adherence to corporate policies.
