Key Responsibilities
As a Manager – SAP FICO at Deloitte Mumbai, you will:
- Lead and deliver SAP FICO implementation projects (minimum 2 end-to-end, including S/4HANA).
- Oversee modules such as General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Profit Center Accounting (PCA), and CO-PA.
- Monitor and improve data quality, consistency, and accuracy across SAP systems.
- Implement data validation, standardization, and interoperability checks.
- Generate reports on master data, KPIs, and data quality metrics for management review.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve system and data issues.
- Provide subject matter expertise to clients and guide junior team members.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Graduate degree in Science/Engineering.
- Experience: Minimum 6 years in consulting or management roles with a focus on SAP.
- SAP Expertise: Strong command of SAP FI/CO modules and S/4HANA implementation (mandatory).
- Functional Skills: Ability to troubleshoot data issues, ensure compliance, and deliver process excellence.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Strong leadership and client management capabilities.
- Willingness to travel short- and long-term across India.
