Key Responsibilities
As an Associate Director in the Cyber Identity team, you will:
- Lead development and configuration of Oracle Identity Governance (OIG) solutions.
- Gather and analyze business requirements with stakeholders.
- Design and implement identity lifecycle management processes using OIG.
- Develop custom connectors and integrations with third-party systems.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.
- Oversee project planning, risk management, and estimation.
- Prepare technical documentation, training materials, and solution guides.
- Stay updated on latest OIG features, IAM trends, and industry best practices.
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years’ experience in Identity Governance & Administration (IGA).
- 2+ years’ experience in Oracle Identity Governance (OIG) platform.
- Strong understanding of Identity & Access Management (IAM) principles.
- Proficiency in Java, Python, PowerShell for scripting/customization.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- OIG certifications preferred.
