Key Responsibilities
- Analyze workforce data to identify HR trends (talent acquisition, engagement, performance).
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports in SAP SuccessFactors People Analytics.
- Configure and maintain Workforce Analytics and Stories modules.
- Develop custom queries using Detailed Reporting, Advanced Reporting, Pivot Query Designer.
- Publish reports to SAP Analytics Cloud and other platforms.
- Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders on reporting needs.
- Provide guidance and training to HR users on People Analytics.
- Support implementation of new modules, UAT, and system quality checks.
- Translate strategic people analytics goals into actionable insights.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong hands-on expertise in SAP SuccessFactors People Analytics (Workforce Analytics & Stories).
- Proficiency with SuccessFactors reporting tools (Detailed, Advanced, Canvas Reports).
- Experience in data analysis, visualization, and interpretation.
- Familiarity with HR processes and data privacy compliance.
- Strong collaboration, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Ability to convert business requirements into scalable reporting solutions.
