Key Responsibilities
ERP Implementation & Delivery
- Lead and manage end-to-end implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Oversee rollouts, upgrades, deployments, and data migration activities.
- Configure Business Central to meet client-specific requirements.
- Ensure seamless integration of financial modules with other business processes.
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Manage client expectations and build strong working relationships.
- Conduct UAT sessions, client training, and solution demonstrations.
- Support pre-sales by providing technical expertise, presentations, and solution design input.
Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor ERP project teams in onsite-offshore delivery models.
- Ensure timely execution of deliverables while mitigating risks and issues.
- Provide knowledge transfer and best practice guidance across teams.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with stakeholders across finance, supply chain, procurement, and product development.
- Contribute to localization and compliance across multiple regions.
- Deliver reporting insights and drive business performance improvements.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have:
- 6–8+ years in ERP consulting with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Minimum 1–2 end-to-end Business Central implementations (Finance/Supply Chain focus).
- Strong experience with data migration, financial reporting, and localization.
- Hands-on knowledge of Business Central 2016 version or later.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Good-to-Have:
- Microsoft Dynamics ERP certifications.
- Experience with global rollouts and localization requirements across countries.
- Pre-sales and client advisory experience.
- Advanced degree (MBA, MCA, or M.Tech).
