As a Senior Consultant in Deloitte’s Emerging ERP Team, you will help organizations implement, customize, and optimize Infor EAM solutions across industries like healthcare, logistics, and oil & gas. You will bring both functional and technical expertise in asset management systems, enabling clients to streamline operations, reduce costs, and improve asset performance.

Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Consultant – Infor EAM at Deloitte, you will:
- Implement and support Infor EAM modules: Work, Materials, Asset, Procurement, Operations, and Administration.
- Provide techno-functional expertise across EAM implementations in diverse industries (healthcare, logistics, oil & gas).
- Work with EAM Flex, relational databases, and SQL (procedures, functions, jobs).
- Support EAM installation, deployment, and component setup (ADFS, SSL).
- Leverage extensibility frameworks for custom client needs.
- Manage asset performance management, project management, budget management, and inspection management through EAM.
- Collaborate with client stakeholders on asset investment planning, ERP integration, and operational excellence.
- Provide onsite consulting support as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience with Infor EAM / HxGN EAM.
- Strong functional knowledge of asset, work, procurement, materials, and operations management modules.
- Technical expertise in SQL (procedures, functions, jobs) and relational databases.
- Knowledge of EAM deployment, installation, and integration.
- Hands-on experience implementing EAM in industries such as healthcare, logistics, and oil & gas.
- Graduate / Postgraduate in Engineering (B.E., B.Tech, M.Tech preferred).
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of Asset Performance Management (APM) and Asset Investment Planning.
- Familiarity with Infor EAM extensibility framework.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and client-facing communication skills.
- Prior onsite consulting experience with global clients.
