Key Responsibilities
As a Dayforce Consultant at Deloitte, your role will include:
- Implement and configure Dayforce HCM solutions across global client environments.
- Manage Dayforce integrations: design, testing, deployment, and support.
- Configure HR, Payroll, Benefits, Onboarding, and Talent modules in Dayforce.
- Propose and design effective Workforce Management (WFM) solutions.
- Lead or support testing workstreams and manage stakeholder partnerships.
- Provide end-user training to HR teams, managers, and employees.
- Stay updated with Dayforce enhancements and recommend improvements.
- Participate in client discussions, gather requirements, and configure solutions.
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to Deloitte’s client network expansion.
- Ensure timely delivery, quality, and compliance in all projects.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience in Dayforce HCM configuration.
- Expertise in Dayforce integrations (building, testing, deployment).
- Knowledge of core payroll processes and HCM configuration.
- Familiarity with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent, and Onboarding modules.
- Experience leading or supporting multiple Dayforce implementations.
- Dayforce Certification is a plus.
- Strong communication and leadership skills with ability to manage client discussions.
- Flexibility to travel across PAN India on short notice as per client needs.
