Responsibilities
As a Workday Integrations Manager at Deloitte, you will:
- Design, build, test, and deploy Workday integration solutions.
- Translate functional specs into technical integration requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex Workday integration issues.
- Lead integration workstreams across all project phases independently.
- Develop program code following software development best practices.
- Create detailed integration specs, field mappings, and process designs.
- Support business requirements with Cloud Connectors, CCW, EIB, DTs, XML/XSLT, Report Writer.
- Work with Web Services APIs (REST, SOAP, WSDL, SAML, SSL, PGP).
- Provide production/warranty support, resolve incidents, and manage escalations.
- Collaborate with clients to ensure high satisfaction with Workday tools and services.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have:
- Workday Integration Certification or Workday HCM + one module (Absence, Compensation, Time Tracking, Benefits, Learning, Recruiting).
- Minimum 6+ years of Workday Integration/Functional experience.
- Strong expertise in Cloud Connectors, EIB, XML/XSLT, DTs, Report Writer.
- Experience with Web Services APIs (REST, SOAP, WSDL, XPath).
- Ability to autonomously lead projects through all phases.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Good-to-Have:
- Hands-on experience in Workday Studio integrations.
- Experience with PECI/PICOF payroll integrations.
- Knowledge of HCM modules – Core HR, Payroll, Recruitment.
- Familiarity with Business Process Configuration and Security.
- Understanding of Agile/SDLC methodologies.
- Self-driven, quick learner, and passionate about HR Tech.
