Responsibilities
- Vendor Management: Oversee vendor master data creation, updates, and maintenance to ensure records are accurate and up-to-date.
- Collaborative Problem Solving: Work closely with suppliers and buyer groups to resolve pricing discrepancies and other commercial terms (T&Cs).
- Reporting & Analysis: Provide timely reports and data analysis related to vendor information and pricing details.
- Internal & External Communication: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal teams to foster collaboration and efficiency.
- Process Improvement: Resolve issues through CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions) approaches to drive operational excellence.
- Stakeholder Advising: Advise stakeholders of any changes or modifications to vendor data and pricing requests.
- Cross-functional Support: Coordinate with peers and senior analysts to meet business deliverables.
Skills & Qualifications
Required Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline, preferably in Engineering.
- Experience: Experience working with ERP systems (BAAN, SAP, Oracle) and proficient with MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Communication: Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to interact with various stakeholders.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work in flexible shifts as needed.
Preferred Skills
- ERP Systems Knowledge: Experience with BAAN is a significant plus.
- Voice Process Experience: Exposure to voice-based processes in customer service is highly desirable.
