Key Responsibilities
Global Mobility & HR Technology Support
- Serve as a liaison between functional departments and Global Mobility Professionals (GMP).
- Manage and resolve queries efficiently and accurately.
- Consult with global assignment management teams to understand complex business and procedural requirements.
- Support SAP SuccessFactors modules including Talent Management, Employee Central, Learning, and Performance.
Database & Reporting
- Perform database administration, audits, and data integrity validation using SQL, MS Access, MS Excel, and Link Enterprise.
- Manage reporting and operational aspects for technology solutions.
- Assist in maintaining global mobility applications and data platforms.
System Implementation & Testing
- Participate in process analysis, future state design, and creation of functional requirement documents.
- Execute functional, integration, and regression testing during SAP releases.
- Support website design, content development, and usability enhancements using HTML and SharePoint Designer.
- Define and execute quality assurance strategies, including test plans, scripts, and defect troubleshooting.
Stakeholder Communication
- Effectively communicate with global, cross-functional teams using non-technical language.
- Collaborate with international stakeholders to deliver solutions that meet business needs.
Required Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Ability to work independently and in global virtual teams.
- HR technology, SAP SuccessFactors, and global mobility experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel focus) and reporting tools (Power BI preferred).
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or Business Administration (mandatory).
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) – preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR technology support, SAP SuccessFactors, or global mobility operations.
