Role Overview
KPMG Global Services (KGS) is seeking a high-energy Workday HCM/Talent & Succession Planning Consultant to join our Bangalore or alternate India location team. The Consultant will implement, configure, and support Workday Talent and Succession Planning modules while delivering high-quality client solutions in a fast-paced, global environment.

Key Responsibilities
Workday Talent & Succession Planning
- Configure and test Workday Talent and Succession Planning modules.
- Set up and manage Goals, Employee Reviews, Talent & Careers, Feedback, Competency Framework, and Performance/Talent Calibration.
- Deliver functional and technical client deliverables for medium to high-complexity projects.
- Conduct tenant build, provision & administration, bug fixes, and report creation.
- Ensure accurate implementation and support of global Workday rollouts.
Client Collaboration & Delivery
- Understand client requirements and provide high-quality solutions.
- Collaborate in cross-functional project teams to meet ambitious timelines.
- Support end-to-end Workday implementations as a Talent & Succession Planning consultant.
- Troubleshoot and provide analytical solutions for client issues.
Knowledge Sharing & Process Improvement
- Provide input on Workday business process configuration.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and adoption of Workday best practices.
- Support team and client understanding of Workday goals, employee reviews, feedback, and calibration processes.
Mandatory Certifications
- Workday HCM Core
- Workday Talent & Succession Planning
Required Skills & Experience
- 4+ years of IT experience with 2+ years of Workday implementation/support.
- At least 1 end-to-end Workday Talent & Succession Planning implementation.
- Proven collaborative team player in cross-functional projects.
- Experience configuring Talent & Performance business processes.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Exposure to Workday Reporting and Business Process configuration.
- Experience in additional Workday modules: Recruitment, Compensation, Learning.
- Exposure to all phases of Workday implementation as a contributor.
