Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generative AI and NLP projects, from problem definition to implementation.
- Design, develop, and deploy AI solutions and backend APIs for enterprise applications.
- Conduct research on latest AI/GenAI techniques and transformer architectures to innovate solutions.
- Translate complex business problems into analytical and machine learning approaches.
- Apply machine learning and forecasting techniques to real-world use cases.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights.
- Mentor and guide junior data science team members.
- Ensure solutions meet performance, scalability, and accuracy standards.
Skills & Competencies
- Advanced programming skills in Python and experience with AI/NLP frameworks.
- Strong understanding of transformer models, agents, and retrieval-augmented generation.
- Solid mathematical and algorithmic foundation to solve complex problems.
- Experience with API creation and backend integration for AI solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Proven ability to work independently and in teams on high-impact projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical or quantitative field; Masters or PhD preferred.
- 7+ years of professional experience in Generative AI, NLP, or related data science fields.
- Hands-on experience in machine learning, AI research, and deployment of AI models.
- Familiarity with cloud-based AI tools and advanced analytics is a plus.
