✅ Key Responsibilities

  • Develop SAP ABAP solutions for S/4 HANA implementations with strong focus on RICEFW objects.
  • Hands-on experience in CDS View, AMDP, LTMC, ATC, WebDynpro, Fiori, and Performance Tuning.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications, coding, and testing high-complexity programs.
  • Perform performance tuning and system optimization to enhance SAP application efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and engage in direct client interactions for requirement gathering and issue resolution.
  • Mentor and coach junior SAP developers, enhancing team performance and knowledge.
  • Ensure smooth integration using BAPI, IDoc, ALE, EDI, APIs, and Web Services.
  • Provide accurate effort estimates and timely delivery of solutions.
  • Participate in the entire software development lifecycle including unit testing, system testing, integration, and documentation.
  • Support middleware integrations (CPI/PI/PO) as needed.

✅ Required Skills & Expertise

  • Strong expertise in SAP ABAP on HANA and S/4 HANA implementation.
  • Proficient in ABAP programming, CDS Views, AMDP, LTMC, ATC, Workflow.
  • Experience in RICEF objects and understanding of 3 SAP modules (SD, MM, FI, PP, QM).
  • Ability to mentor and lead junior resources effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging capabilities.
  • Knowledge of WebDynpro / Fiori applications and middleware technologies (CPI/PI/PO).
  • Experience in integrating SAP with external systems (BDC, RFC, BAPI, EDI, IDoc, APIs).
  • SAP Certification is advantageous.

🎓 Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related fields (BE/BTech/MBA/MCA).
  • 4–6 years of hands-on SAP ABAP development experience, with direct client exposure.
  • S/4 HANA Implementation experience is mandatory.
