📝 Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical accounting advisory services, including GAAP convergence (Local GAAP to US GAAP/IFRS/Ind AS).
- Advise on Financial Reporting Process Advisory and Capital Market readiness.
- Offer expertise in Fund Accounting, reconciliation, and reporting for investment funds across various strategies.
- Ensure compliance with Companies Act, SEBI regulations, and other relevant regulatory frameworks.
- Work with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, Tally) and MS Office tools for efficient financial analysis and reporting.
- Assist clients in understanding regulatory and compliance requirements from a practical finance perspective.

- Proven experience in technical accounting and GAAP convergence projects.
- Strong understanding of fund accounting, financial reconciliation, and investment reporting.
- Familiarity with financial regulatory compliance (Companies Act, SEBI).
- Hands-on experience with ERP platforms: Oracle, SAP, Tally.
- Advanced skills in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Analytical mindset with excellent communication and advisory skills.
