Key Responsibilities
- Deliver end-to-end Employee Central implementations or support for clients
- Configure core HR, position management, business rules, benefits, offboarding, time off, and custom MDFs
- Collaborate with client HR teams to understand requirements and implement best practices
- Assist in testing, deployment, and post-go-live support of SuccessFactors solutions
- Ensure smooth integration with other HR modules and third-party systems
- Maintain documentation, dashboards, and reports for ongoing HR transformation initiatives
- Participate in knowledge sharing and mentoring junior team members
Required Skills & Qualifications
- B.E. or equivalent degree
- 2+ years of hands-on Employee Central experience with end-to-end implementations or support
- Employee Central certification is mandatory
- Strong proficiency in core HR, position management, business rules, benefits, custom MDFs, offboarding, and time-off modules
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be willing to relocate to Mumbai and work onsite at client locations
