Key Responsibilities
- Analyze BFSI finance processes and identify areas for operational improvements
- Collaborate with clients to gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
- Support implementation of Finance Transformation initiatives, including process automation, system integration, and reporting enhancements
- Assist in data analysis, dashboards, and finance reporting for effective decision-making
- Participate in workshops, meetings, and stakeholder discussions to ensure alignment with business objectives
- Document processes, functional requirements, and solution designs
- Support testing, deployment, and post-implementation support for finance solutions
- Contribute to client presentations, proposals, and business cases
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related fields
- 0–4 years of experience in BFSI consulting, finance transformation, or business analysis
- Strong understanding of finance processes, ERP systems, and reporting tools
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and client-facing teams
- Exposure to Finance Automation, RPA, or Analytics is a plus
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in fast-paced projects
