🌟 Key Responsibilities
- Architect, customize, and implement SAP Commerce (Hybris) solutions for large-scale B2C and B2B platforms.
- Provide technical and functional support, ensuring smooth operations of the SAP Commerce platform.
- Develop high-quality back-end and front-end solutions aligning with business goals and secure coding practices.
- Lead integration efforts between SAP Commerce and external systems (Payment Processors, Social Media, CDNs).
- Design and configure APIs, Cron Jobs, and monitoring tools for SAP Commerce back-office operations.
- Perform system troubleshooting, debugging, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- Prepare detailed solution architecture, design diagrams, and technical documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including QA, Release Management, and Operations, to manage project milestones.
- Implement Hybris accelerator modules covering Catalog Management, Promotions, Pricing, Inventory, Checkout, OMS, Personalization, and more.
