- Conduct comprehensive due diligence of target businesses, assessing financials, operational models, and strategic positioning.
- Analyze historical financial statements, cash flow, projections, and key business assumptions.

🎯 Desired Qualifications
- CA / CFA (International) or MBA in Finance.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in visualization and big data tools: Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx, SQL.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business diagnostic skills.
- High commercial acumen and market awareness.
- Solid Excel expertise – accurate and quick data manipulation.
- Exposure to transaction experience, such as IPOs, M&A, and vendor due diligence is an advantage.
- Strong verbal & written English communication skills.
