Responsibilities
As a Senior Analyst – Master Data Management, you will:
- Create, update, and maintain vendor master records with complete accuracy.
- Ensure data consistency across purchase orders, invoices, and procurement documentation.
- Manage supplier scorecard reporting and update systems with current compliance information.
- Enter, update, and validate business system data across departments (warehouse, planning, operations).
- Maintain logistics records including inbound/outbound shipments and import compliance.
- Develop and manage record-keeping systems to meet customs compliance.
- Maintain and update the part number database with the latest supplier and internal details.
- Identify mismatches, resolve non-compliance, and escalate where required.
- Prepare liability reports for excess inventory, commodity risks, and logistics performance.
- Deliver cost savings and avoidance analysis, along with reports and performance metrics.
- Pull reports from ERP and dashboards to support procurement decision-making.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years of experience in materials management, supply chain, or procurement.
- Solid background in manufacturing environments is highly desirable.
- Strong skills in enterprise systems (ERP), reporting, and data analytics.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional global environment.
