Key Responsibilities
As a Teamcenter Project Manager, you will:
SAFe Agile Program Management
- Lead SAFe Agile framework implementation for enterprise PLM projects.
- Manage Agile Release Trains (ARTs), ensuring smooth execution and delivery.
- Coordinate Program Increment (PI) planning and facilitate cross-functional collaboration.
- Conduct Inspect & Adapt (I&A) workshops, backlog refinement, and iteration planning.
- Align program execution with strategic business objectives.
Technology & Integration Management
- Oversee Teamcenter PLM integration with enterprise systems including SAP ERP and MES platforms.
- Develop SAFe-aligned integration strategies for large-scale digital transformation programs.
- Drive system demo management and ensure seamless end-to-end workflows.
- Provide leadership for scaled agile transformation within PLM projects.
Skills & Competencies
- Proven expertise in Teamcenter PLM program and project management.
- Strong knowledge of SAFe Agile methodologies and frameworks.
- Experience with PI Planning, Agile Release Trains, and scaled agile ceremonies.
- Hands-on experience in enterprise system integration (SAP ERP, MES, and PLM).
- Excellent stakeholder management and leadership abilities.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and collaboration skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- Extensive experience in Teamcenter PLM implementation and program management.
- Certified SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) or SAFe Agile certification preferred.
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
