This role involves designing, developing, testing, and supporting ERP Finance solutions, mentoring junior team members, and collaborating with multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
- Understand core ERP Finance processes and provide functional/technical expertise.
- Lead ERP Finance application implementations, enhancements, and unit testing.
- Design, create, and modify customizations, reports, and interfaces as per business requirements.
- Conduct workshops for business requirements, fit-gap analysis, and As-Is/To-Be processes.
- Deliver technical design documents and track deliverables to meet milestones.
- Support System Integration Test (SIT) and User Acceptance Test (UAT) activities.
- Mentor junior team members and perform peer code reviews.
- Migrate changes to test instances and validate functionality.
- Build strong working relationships with customers and stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Technical/Functional expertise in ERP Finance modules: AP, AR, FA, GL, CM, PO, OM, Inv.
- Experience with latest ERP Finance applications and at least one full implementation project.
- Knowledge of configuration, data conversions, and custom reporting.
- Self-driven with the ability to work independently and drive tasks to completion.
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Educational Qualification:
- BE/Master’s in Computer Science, MCA, MSc Computer Science, or similar.
- B.Com, M.Com, or MBA (Finance) with relevant ERP Finance experience.
- Experience Range: 6–12 years in ERP Finance technical consulting.
