The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle EBS administration, tuning, and lifecycle management. Key Responsibilities
- Lead administration, maintenance, tuning, and lifecycle management of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) environments.
- Manage and monitor OCI-hosted Oracle EBS systems ensuring high performance and availability.
- Oversee Oracle VCP, Demantra, Oracle Access Manager (OAM), Oracle Identity Manager (OIM), OBIEE, Oracle SOA, and Sabrix environments.
- Implement proactive monitoring and alerting using Oracle Enterprise Manager.
- Collaborate with application, middleware, OS, storage, and network teams for seamless deployments.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to Oracle administrators and junior team members.
- Ensure compliance with security, operational, and Oracle best practices.
- Plan and execute upgrades, patches, and lifecycle management initiatives.
- Take accountability for incident resolution, system tuning, and operational excellence.
Required Skills
- Expert in Oracle E-Business Suite administration and architecture.
- Hands-on experience with OCI-hosted Oracle EBS environments.
- Exposure to Oracle VCP, Demantra, OAM, OIM, OBIEE, Oracle SOA, and Sabrix.
- Skilled in monitoring, alerting, and proactive incident management using Oracle Enterprise Manager.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams for smooth operations and deployments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- 8+ years of professional experience in Oracle EBS administration.
- Proven experience in large-scale enterprise Oracle implementations.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle architecture, performance tuning, and lifecycle management.
