Key Responsibilities
- Lead administration, maintenance, and optimization of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) environments.
- Manage OCI-hosted Oracle EBS systems to ensure performance, availability, and reliability.
- Oversee Oracle VCP, Demantra, Oracle Access Manager (OAM), Oracle Identity Manager (OIM), OBIEE, Oracle SOA, and Sabrix environments.
- Monitor systems proactively using Oracle Enterprise Manager, responding rapidly to alerts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including application, middleware, OS, storage, and network for seamless deployments.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to Oracle administrators and junior team members.
- Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and best practices for Oracle EBS systems.
- Plan and execute system upgrades, patches, and lifecycle management initiatives.
- Take accountability for incident resolution, system tuning, and overall operational excellence.
Required Skills
- Expert in Oracle E-Business Suite administration and architecture.
- Hands-on experience with OCI-hosted Oracle EBS environments.
- Knowledge of Oracle VCP, Demantra, OAM, OIM, OBIEE, Oracle SOA, and Sabrix.
- Skilled in monitoring, alerting, and proactive incident management using Oracle Enterprise Manager.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams for smooth operations and deployments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- 8+ years of professional experience in Oracle EBS administration.

- Strong knowledge of Oracle architecture, performance tuning, and lifecycle management.
