Key Responsibilities
- Administer, maintain, and optimize Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) environments.
- Manage OCI-hosted Oracle EBS systems to ensure performance and reliability.
- Oversee Oracle VCP, Demantra, Oracle Access Manager (OAM), Oracle Identity Manager (OIM), OBIEE, Oracle SOA, and Sabrix environments.
- Monitor systems using Oracle Enterprise Manager and proactively address alerts.
- Collaborate with application, middleware, OS, storage, and network teams for smooth deployments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical incidents rapidly to minimize downtime.
- Ensure adherence to security policies, compliance, and best practices for Oracle EBS.
- Participate in system upgrades, patches, and lifecycle management.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior Oracle administrators.
Required Skills
- Strong expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite administration and architecture.
- Hands-on experience with OCI-hosted Oracle EBS environments.
- Knowledge of Oracle VCP, Demantra, OAM, OIM, OBIEE, Oracle SOA, and Sabrix.
- Skilled in monitoring and alerting using Oracle Enterprise Manager.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams for smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- 8+ years of professional experience in Oracle EBS administration.
- Prior experience in large-scale enterprise Oracle implementations is preferred.
- Strong understanding of Oracle architecture, performance tuning, and system lifecycle management.
