Key Responsibilities
As a SailPoint IdentityIQ Developer, you will:
- Build and maintain SailPoint IIQ configurations, workflows, and connectors for identity lifecycle management
- Develop system integrations between SailPoint IIQ and external platforms (Active Directory, LDAP, HR systems, cloud apps)
- Implement role-based access control (RBAC), policy enforcement, and access certification campaigns
- Customize IIQ components using Java and BeanShell scripting
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to provisioning, synchronization, and access requests
- Ensure alignment with security standards and compliance requirements (SOX, GDPR, etc.)
- Create and maintain technical documentation (design specifications, configuration guides, operational procedures)
- Collaborate with security architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to deliver effective IAM solutions
- Support IIQ upgrades, patches, and performance optimization
- Develop and execute unit, integration, and user acceptance tests to ensure reliability and security
Skills & Competencies
- Deep expertise in SailPoint IdentityIQ (v7.x and above)
- Strong understanding of identity lifecycle management and governance
- Proficiency in Java and BeanShell scripting
- Hands-on experience with custom connector development and application onboarding
- Knowledge of RBAC, policy enforcement, and compliance frameworks
- Experience working with LDAP, Active Directory, and Azure AD
- Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs and integration frameworks
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail
Qualifications
- 9+ years of professional experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM)
- Proven experience with SailPoint IIQ development and integrations
- Strong technical expertise in Java, scripting, and directory services
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience in large-scale IAM projects within enterprise environments
