Key Responsibilities
As a Technology Facilitator / Trainer, you will:
- Deliver technical training programs for fresh graduates and experienced employees
- Provide hands-on training in databases (SQL, Oracle, SQL Server) and data warehousing concepts
- Train learners in ETL tools such as Informatica, Talend, or SSIS
- Teach programming languages like Python or Java
- Conduct sessions on cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Guide participants on Hadoop, Big Data, and data pipelines
- Deliver training on data visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau
- Develop training materials, labs, and interactive exercises to enhance learning outcomes
- Ensure participants gain practical, industry-relevant technical skills
- Use effective communication, presentation, and facilitation techniques to engage learners
Skills & Competencies
- Strong expertise in databases and SQL/Oracle
- Hands-on knowledge of ETL tools (Informatica, Talend, SSIS)
- Programming experience in Python and/or Java
- Knowledge of cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, GCP)
- Experience with Hadoop / Big Data platforms
- Proficiency with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
- Ability to train both entry-level freshers and experienced IT professionals
Qualifications
- 6–10 years of experience as a Trainer or Corporate Technology Facilitator
- Strong background in data engineering, software development, or cloud technologies
- Previous experience conducting corporate training programs preferred
- Willingness to travel or work across Pune, Mumbai, and Bangalore locations
