Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with HR and Finance stakeholders to understand strategic direction and business needs.
- Design, develop, and implement technical solutions in Oracle E-Business Suite (R12).
- Support business users in adopting best practices and resolving support issues.
- Define user information requirements and develop test plans for business and functional processes.
- Manage test scripts, unit testing, system integration testing (SIT), and quality acceptance testing (QAT) for Oracle financial applications.
- Conduct technical acceptance testing for patches and upgrades.
- Deliver training content and support materials to end-users.
- Perform complex data migration between heterogeneous large databases and integrate with APIs, XML, and Web Services.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related fields (Master’s preferred).
- Hands-on experience with Oracle E-Business Suite R12, Web ADI, and financial application modules.
- Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Ability to translate functional requirements into technical specifications.
- Strong knowledge of data migration, API integrations, and database operations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder interaction and documentation.
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Experience in creating Web ADI uploads for data visibility and custom applications.
- Proven ability to consult with clients, BAs, and architects through all phases of the SDLC.
- Familiarity with parallel PaaS solutions such as AWS and MuleSoft.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and mentoring skills.
- Exposure to enterprise tools and cloud platforms for development and deployment.
