IBM is hiring a talented Process Analyst – Order to Cash (O2C) to join its IBM Consulting BPO team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. This role is perfect for professionals with experience in Accounts Receivable, cash applications, ERP systems, and financial process optimization.
As an IBM O2C Process Analyst, you will contribute to the digital transformation of finance operations by supporting cash application automation, account reconciliation, and customer payment processing. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, leverage ERP tools and MS Office, and ensure adherence to client Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Key Responsibilities
- Process Accounts Receivable, post daily cash applications, and balance accounts.
- Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial records.
- Analyze receivable accounts, investigate discrepancies, and pull audit prep work.
- Manage netting instructions, direct debit runs, and Oracle updates.
- Investigate unapplied payments and ensure proper allocation.
- Provide accurate information on customer payments, refunds, and miscellaneous receivables.
- Ensure compliance with client SLAs and maintain timelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in Order to Cash (O2C) processes.
- Strong expertise in cash application automation and enhancing touchless cash settlements.
- Proven ability to meet accuracy and timeliness goals and achieve business metrics.
- Experience collaborating with customers, sales, and finance teams to optimize processes.
