IBM India is seeking an experienced Industry Consultant – Consulting Services to join its IBM Consulting Client Innovation Center in Pune. This role is perfect for professionals with a strong background in NICE Actimize solutions, fraud management, and enterprise Java application development.
As an Industry Consultant at IBM, you will design, develop, and implement innovative solutions for clients, focusing on fraud management, alert workflows, and routing policies. Leverage your expertise in Java, web services, UI technologies, and test-driven development to drive impactful consulting engagements and enhance client security and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and code rules and coding rulesets for enterprise consulting solutions.
- Prepare alert workflows and routing policies within NICE Actimize platforms.
- Develop and execute tests on Actimize IFM/RB4 platform components.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to implement fraud management solutions.
- Ensure quality and compliance in solution delivery across projects.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 5–7 years of experience implementing NICE Actimize solutions for fraud management.
- Strong knowledge of Java technologies for enterprise solution development.
- Proficiency in UI development using JSP and HTML.
- Ability to design and execute tests and maintain coding standards for complex applications.
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Experience in test-driven development using JUnit.
- Expertise in web services (WSDL, SOAP, RESTful APIs).
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Experience in consulting and collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams.
