Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and validate predictive and statistical models with a focus on big data.
- Design and implement enterprise search applications such as Elasticsearch and Splunk.
- Collaborate in an Agile, cross-functional environment with data scientists, engineers, and consultants.
- Build and optimize data pipelines for extracting, transforming, and loading data from multiple sources.
- Cleanse, integrate, and prepare data for predictive and prescriptive modeling.
- Evaluate and communicate modeling results to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Hands-on experience in DBT (Data Build Tool).
- Proficiency in ETL tools like Datastage and cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake.
- Strong programming skills in Python, Java, Scala, or similar languages.
- Knowledge of Linux, SQL, Spark, Hadoop, and other big data tools.
- Ability to prepare and transform data for analytics using ETL/data integration tools.

- Excellent teamwork, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to communicate business requirements and analytical solutions with internal and external clients.
