Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and re-engineer highly complex SAP ABAP HANA components.
- Work on ODATA services, CDS Views, AMDP, Adobe Forms, and SAP Workflows.
- Develop and enhance RICEF objects: Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms.
- Implement ABAP Object-Oriented Programming best practices.
- Collaborate with business teams to convert functional requirements into technical solutions.
- Participate in full-cycle SAP ABAP HANA implementations including client interaction, upgrades, and post-production support.
- Optimize code for SAP HANA performance following best practice guidelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 12+ years of SAP ABAP HANA experience, with 3-4 full-cycle implementations.
- Strong knowledge of SAP Workflow, BADI (Business Add-Ins), Intermediate Document Extensions, and ABAP Objects.
- Proficiency in Adobe Forms, Smart Forms, and SAP Scripts.
- Expertise in data modeling using HANA Studio and ABAP Development Tools (ADT).
- Solid communication and collaboration skills.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Experience in implementation, consulting, upgrade, maintenance, and post-production support projects.
- Strong understanding of SAP functional requirements and technical design.
- Familiarity with hybrid cloud integration and AI-enabled SAP solutions.
- Ability to mentor junior ABAP developers and lead technical design discussions.
