Key Responsibilities
- Serve as an Advanced Packaging Subject Matter Expert (SME) for electronics and semiconductor projects.
- Lead electronics product engineering and development initiatives with hands-on execution experience.
- Provide guidance on OSAT operations, including traditional and advanced assembly and test processes, data requirements, and integration with MES systems (B2B-SCM-MES).
- Support design validation, foundry fabrication, and discrete manufacturing processes.
- Advise clients on the selection and implementation of semiconductor MES systems, such as FactoryWorks, OpsCenter, Critical Manufacturing, or SiView.
- Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders and executive teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Industry Experience: 10+ years in semiconductor or electronics product engineering and development.
- Domain Expertise: OSAT operations, advanced assembly and test processes, MES integration, B2B-SCM-MES knowledge.
- Technical Knowledge: Foundry fabrication processes, electronics product engineering, discrete manufacturing practices.
- MES Systems: Familiarity with FactoryWorks, OpsCenter, Critical Manufacturing, or SiView.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management capabilities.
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Proven hands-on experience in electronics product engineering and development.
- Deep understanding of outsourced semiconductor assembly and test operations.
- Expertise in design validation and semiconductor fabrication processes.
- Exposure to discrete manufacturing processes (PP) is advantageous.
