Key Responsibilities
- Apply styles, images, and formatting to enhance document design.
- Create templates, objects, rules, and variables for documents based on Exstream templates.
- Work with Exstream Design Manager, Exstream Designer Tool, and Exstream Web Services to manage and design documents.
- Compare outputs using output comparison tools to ensure accuracy.
- Understand and maintain current SmartCOMM templates while creating new ones.
- Conduct unit testing for templates and documents.
- Manage changes efficiently and meet project deadlines in a collaborative team environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field; Master’s preferred.
- Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with OpenText Exstream CE 23.4, Exstream Designer, Exstream Web Services.
- Document Management: Knowledge of document templates, business forms, PDF/print outputs, and input/output formats.
- Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal, communication, and time management skills.
- Adaptability: Ability to manage change and work independently while contributing to team efforts.
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in designing and developing documents and business forms using OpenText Exstream.
- Strong understanding of input/output file formats, document generation, and printing processes.
- Familiarity with unit testing templates/documents.
