Key Responsibilities
- Plan and ensure correct parts are stocked at the right location, quantity, and time.
- Monitor and meet serviceability targets at Country, Geo, and Worldwide levels.
- Proactively identify potential product issues and escalate to stakeholders.
- Execute inventory reduction plans suggested by global teams.
- Optimize demand planning based on product lifecycle stages.
- Coordinate with Team Leads and Execution Buyers on POs, hot-listing critical parts, and managing inventory impacts.
- Seek guidance from team leads and SMEs to meet business requirements.
- Support cross-functional supply chain and planning initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any field; Supply Chain or equivalent experience preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in supply chain planning, spares demand forecasting, or manufacturing/service operations.
- Strong coordination, analytical, and communication skills (written and spoken).
- Ability to prioritize, work independently, and balance workload within defined schedules.
- Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration skills.
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Hands-on experience with MS Excel, ERP systems, and supply chain planning tools such as PIMS, CPPS, WMS, QMF.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing business requirements.
- Ability to perform root cause analysis using techniques like 5 Whys and 2 Hows.
- Knowledge of supply chain best practices and inventory optimization.
