Primary Responsibilities
- Gather business requirements and translate them into conceptual and detailed SAP HANA FIN VIM solution designs.
- Create requirement specifications based on architecture, process design, and detailed workflows.
- Lead implementation planning, configuration, testing, rollout, and post-implementation support of SAP HANA FIN VIM solutions.
- Execute unit and user acceptance testing to ensure system performance meets business expectations.
- Serve as a client-facing consultant and trusted advisor, solving complex business problems using SAP technologies.
- Manage multiple projects and effectively prioritize tasks to meet deadlines under stress.
- Support business process improvements by recommending technical solutions that drive efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
- 12+ years of industry experience in SAP consulting, focusing on SAP HANA FIN and VIM.
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into effective SAP solution designs.
- Expertise in requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, configuration, implementation, and support of SAP HANA FIN and VIM modules.
- Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and change management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in a relevant discipline.
- Hands-on experience with SAP HANA implementations.
- Ability to work independently towards targets in fast-paced environments.
