Key Responsibilities
Payroll & Retirement Benefits Operations
- Support end-to-end payroll and retirement benefits operations.
- Ensure timely execution of statutory and other dues every month.
- Maintain and submit nomination forms of new joinees to RPFC.
- Generate and send MIS reports on open items in Payroll and Retirement Benefits.
- Assist in statutory compliance related to payroll and retiral benefits.
Statutory Compliance
- Ensure adherence to Universal Account Number (UAN) provisions under the Provident Fund Act.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records to support audits and internal reviews.
- Facilitate timely submissions and reconciliations with RPFC.
Tools & Reporting
- Utilize MS Excel and SAP for reporting, data management, and payroll calculations.
- Prepare and share accurate MIS reports for finance and HR teams.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of payroll, Provident Fund, and retirement benefits.
- Knowledge of UAN provisions, statutory compliance, and RPFC processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel) and SAP.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Good communication and collaboration skills within corporate finance and HR teams.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Graduate in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, BBA, or BMS.
- Marks Requirement: Minimum 50% marks throughout education without backlogs.
- Experience: 1–3 years in payroll, accounts operations, or statutory compliance.
