Key Responsibilities
Business Objectives & Technical Solutions
- Conduct site-level customization of admixture formulations to meet client requirements.
- Test formulations to ensure desired performance parameters.
- Prepare and present sample formulations for client evaluation.
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support at project sites.
Specialized Concrete Design
- Develop self-compacting concrete, precast concrete, and other specialized formulations.
- Conduct on-site sampling to build client confidence and demonstrate product value.
Market Development & Stakeholder Engagement
- Build long-term relationships with RMCs, contractors, and project stakeholders.
- Engage with site QA/QC personnel to drive business growth and adoption of APL products.
Market Intelligence & Product Improvement
- Collect and analyze competitor samples to identify opportunities for product enhancement.
- Assist marketing teams with product trials and inferences on APL product strength.
- Identify and convert non-APL stakeholders into active customers through product demonstrations.
- Collaborate with Research & Technology teams for new product development based on market trends.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of concrete technology, admixtures, and project site requirements.
- Ability to customize and test formulations for specific client needs.
- Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing skills.
- Knowledge of market intelligence gathering, competitor analysis, and reporting.
- Technical problem-solving and on-site decision-making.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Tier III/IV institutions). Other qualifications considered if relevant experience exists.
- Marks Requirement: Minimum 50% marks throughout, without backlogs.
- Desired: Course in Advanced Concrete Technology.
- Experience: 1–8 years in RMC or admixture companies.
