Key Responsibilities
Investor Relations & Corporate Communication
- Assist in preparing quarterly earnings materials, investor presentations, and press releases.
- Support development and maintenance of investor databases and contact lists.
- Monitor macro trends, peer performance, and analyst reports to derive actionable insights.
- Coordinate investor meetings, roadshows, and conferences.
- Track and analyze shareholder activity, preparing summary reports.
- Manage Investor Relations web page for accurate and timely content updates.
- Perform routine tasks such as documentation, vendor bill processing, and payments.
Treasury & Banking
- Handle banking documentation related to import-export and domestic instruments, coordinating with banks and internal teams.
- Ensure timely MIS reporting, documentation accuracy, and compliance with internal policies and regulations.
Qualifications & Experience
Essential:
- Graduate degree in Finance, Commerce, or related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
Desired:
- 1–3 years of experience in Investor Relations, Corporate Finance, or Treasury functions
- Familiarity with MIS reporting, investor communications, and treasury documentation
