Key Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Management
- Drive sales through store staff and ensure store-level GMV and revenue targets.
- Maintain a customer index and meet customers for conversion.
- Conduct demand generation activities on the ground.
Dealer & Stakeholder Management
- Maintain Dealer Health Cards and coordinate with stakeholders to resolve issues.
- Oversee dealer accounts for sales and material servicing follow-ups with Sleek, Bath, UPVC, and WT.
- Serve as single point of contact (SPOC) for store-related orders and issue resolution.
Store Operations & Excellence
- Execute and maintain store hygiene standards.
- Drive store operational excellence through effective processes and digital tools.
- Ensure digital journey adoption for customer conversion.
Team Management
- Lead, train, groom, and recruit store staff in coordination with the central training team.
- Ensure staff productivity and adherence to operational guidelines.
Qualifications & Skills
Essential:
- Proven experience as a Senior Salesperson in a décor showroom.
- Ability to manage multiple customers across sales stages.
- Outstanding negotiation and organizational skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Desired:
- Graduate degree in any relevant field.
- Experience in high-volume retail décor sales.
