Key Responsibilities
As a Senior R2 Engineer, you will:
- Lead the design and implementation of resilience strategies for enterprise applications.
- Develop and maintain applications using Java 8/11, Spring Boot, and Angular.
- Utilize AWS Cloud services to build scalable, reliable infrastructure.
- Implement logging and monitoring frameworks to ensure system reliability.
- Leverage Splunk for advanced data analytics and Dynatrace for real-time monitoring.
- Drive best practices for CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate resilience and monitoring solutions.
- Conduct system testing, validation, and compliance reviews.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
- Stay updated with emerging tools, cloud technologies, and observability trends.
- Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning.
- Ensure security, compliance, and quality standards are consistently met.
Skills & Qualifications
- 8–12 years of experience in software and cloud engineering.
- Strong knowledge of Java (8/11), Spring Boot, Angular (2–9).
- Expertise in AWS Cloud and CI/CD pipeline integration.
- Hands-on experience with Splunk and Dynatrace (observability tools).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Knowledge of the Property & Casualty Insurance domain is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
Certifications (Preferred)
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect
