Key Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Generation
- Drive store-level GMV and revenue through effective management of store staff.
- Ensure customer conversion and maintain a high customer satisfaction index.
- Execute on-ground demand generation activities to boost sales performance.
Dealer & Customer Engagement
- Maintain Dealer Health Cards and coordinate with stakeholders to resolve issues.
- Serve as Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for order servicing and issue resolution across Sleek, Bath, UPVC, and WT categories.
- Monitor dealer accounts and follow up on sales and material servicing.
Store Operations & Team Management
- Drive store operational excellence, focusing on hygiene, visual merchandising, and customer experience.
- Utilize the digital journey tools effectively to enhance customer conversion.
- Train, groom, and recruit store team members in coordination with the central training team.
- Maintain productivity of each store staff member and track performance metrics.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a senior salesperson in a décor showroom.
- Ability to manage multiple customers at various stages of the sales cycle.
- Strong negotiation, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Leadership qualities with the ability to train, mentor, and motivate a team.
