Key Responsibilities
Planning & Strategy
- Develop monthly regional plans (product-wise, dealer-wise) with the team and ensure adherence.
- Finalize New Dealer Onboarding (NDOs) based on business potential, financial health, and other parameters.
- Provide inputs for scheme preparation to the DGM and ensure scheme effectiveness in the region.
- Plan and manage stock levels to meet range servicing, including exceptional project demands.
Sales Generation & Project Management
- Drive primary and secondary sales through regional initiatives.
- Maintain adequate project inventory in alignment with prescribed processes.
- Regularly review Project Sales trackers and use data trends to make informed decisions.
- Visit specific project sites as needed to oversee sales execution.
Dealer & Influencer Engagement
- Track and ensure regular dealer/distributor payments for healthy financial operations.
- Address dealer issues using dealer health cards and provide timely resolutions.
- Facilitate influencer engagement through plumber meets and interactions with A/IDs.
Stakeholder Coordination
- Work closely with the Service team to monitor complaint resolution timelines and handle escalations.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to communicate retail requirements and support various initiatives.

- Proven leadership and planning skills in sales or home improvement industries.
- Strong ability to analyze sales data and regional trends to make strategic decisions.
- Excellent dealer and influencer relationship management capabilities.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage inventory, project sales, and regional operations efficiently.
