Summary
Deloitte is hiring a Consultant – SAP SuccessFactors CPI (Cloud Platform Integration) to join its Human Capital Transformation (HRT) team in Mumbai. This role is ideal for professionals with 3–5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors integrations who are skilled in CPI, Dell Boomi, BIB Replication, and SAP S/4HANA data models. As a Consultant, you will be responsible for integration support, configuration, troubleshooting, and enhancements across SuccessFactors and S/4HANA systems. This is a full-time, office-based role (5 days a week in Mumbai) offering exposure to global HR technology transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities
Integration Support & Enhancements
- Manage end-to-end integrations between SAP SuccessFactors and SAP S/4HANA using CPI, Dell Boomi, and BIB Replication.
- Perform mapping, transformations, and troubleshooting to ensure accurate data flows.
- Resolve incidents, change requests, and middleware issues.
- Monitor integration flows, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term fixes.
Data Model & Configuration
- Apply strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors modules (EC, Time, Recruiting) and S/4HANA HCM data structures.
- Configure field mappings, value transformations, and validation logic to meet client needs.
Collaboration & Shift Support
- Work with functional consultants and AMS leads for daily operations and ticket resolution.
- Support shift handovers with clear documentation and updates.
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to knowledge-sharing.
Cross-Module Testing & Deployment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless end-to-end data flow.
- Conduct integration testing, regression testing, and rollout support for new implementations or updates.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–5 years of SAP SuccessFactors integration experience.
- Expertise in SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) – mandatory.
- Hands-on experience with Dell Boomi and BIB Replication – preferred.
- Strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors and SAP S/4HANA data structures.
- Proficiency in analyzing payloads, middleware troubleshooting, and API management.
- Experience with integration monitoring, alerting frameworks, XML/JSON handling.
- Familiarity with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira).
- SAP Integration Suite or SuccessFactors certification is a plus.
