Key Responsibilities
SAP SuccessFactors Implementation
- Lead or support end-to-end implementations of SAP SuccessFactors Compensation & Variable Pay modules.
- Configure Compensation structures, Variable Pay programs, and related system workflows.
- Ensure successful deployment with production and warranty support.
Client Consulting & Training
- Conduct requirement gathering workshops and map current vs. future HR processes.
- Provide knowledge transfer and training sessions to client teams for adoption.
- Deliver recommendations on system updates and enhancements.
Project & Team Leadership
- Manage functional workstreams and cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate with clients on system upgrades and periodic release updates.
- Ensure timely delivery, quality assurance, and compliance in all engagements.
Must-Have Skills
- 6–10 years of SAP SuccessFactors experience with at least 2–3 full-cycle implementations.
- Certification in SuccessFactors Compensation and/or Variable Pay.
- Strong background in HR processes, compensation strategy, and system design.
- Proven ability to manage workstreams and lead functional teams.
- Strong communication and client management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with other SAP SuccessFactors modules (EC, PMGM, RCM).
- Familiarity with Oracle HCM or other HR technology platforms.
- Experience advising clients on best practices in HR technology transformation.
