Key Responsibilities
As a Consultant – IT Assurance & Audit, you will:
- Lead IT audit modules and small-scale engagements across ITGC, ITAC, and SOC reviews.
- Conduct process walkthroughs, test controls, and document results.
- Manage client interactions for walkthroughs, clarifications, and data requests.
- Perform ERP-based control testing (SAP/Oracle preferred).
- Review control design and effectiveness for compliance and risk mitigation.
- Support audit planning, resource allocation, and delivery management.
- Provide quality assurance on testing documentation.
- Coach junior team members and support skill development.
- Contribute to risk assessment, remediation, and compliance reporting.
Must-Have Skills
- Hands-on experience with ITGC, ITAC, SOC reporting, and ERP control testing.
- Strong knowledge of SOX, SSAE, ISO 27001 frameworks.
- Ability to evaluate and test business process controls within ERP environments.
- Strong documentation, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
- Experience leading modules within audit engagements.
Preferred Qualifications
- CISA, CISSP, CRISC or similar certifications.
- Knowledge of Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM).
- Prior experience in risk management, compliance, and IT audit frameworks.
- Experience with SOC report evaluations and ITGC frameworks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree / B.E / B.Tech in any specialization.
- Minimum 2 years of IT audit or assurance experience.
