Deloitte India is seeking a Senior Consultant – SAP SuccessFactors RCM/ONB (Recruiting Management & Onboarding 2.0) to join its Human Capital Transformation (HRT) team in Delhi. This role is ideal for professionals with hands-on SAP SuccessFactors experience, HR process expertise, and strong functional knowledge of recruitment and onboarding solutions. As a Senior Consultant, you will lead end-to-end SuccessFactors implementations, deliver HR transformation projects, and support clients in leveraging SAP RCM, RMK, and ONB 2.0 for talent acquisition and onboarding excellence.

Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Consultant – SAP SuccessFactors, you will:
- Implement and configure SAP SuccessFactors RCM, RMK & ONB 2.0 in global environments.
- Manage full life cycle implementations of SuccessFactors modules.
- Configure job postings, career sites, compliance forms, and onboarding workflows.
- Provide functional & technical support for module integrations.
- Drive requirement gathering sessions, align HR processes with best practices, and document business requirements.
- Support data migration, data management, and third-party integrations.
- Deliver production and warranty support post go-live.
- Collaborate with HR leaders to design future-state processes that align with HR transformation goals.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong experience in SuccessFactors RCM, RMK & Onboarding 2.0 configuration.
- Expertise in data integration between SuccessFactors modules (RCM, EC).
- Minimum 2 end-to-end SuccessFactors implementations.
- Hands-on experience in provisioning settings, business rules, alerts, and notifications.
- Valid SAP SuccessFactors certification in RCM/ONB (mandatory).
- 3–5 years of HR/Recruitment functional experience in reputed MNCs.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, compliance, and process mapping.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Engineering, or related field.
- Latest SAP SuccessFactors certification in Onboarding 2.0 (ONB) required.
- Additional module certifications are an advantage.
