📋 Key Responsibilities
- Lead greenfield and brownfield electrical projects from engineering, procurement, and construction to commissioning.
- Ensure successful project delivery while meeting quality, cost, and schedule targets.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams from conceptualization to commissioning.
- Manage and oversee CCTV, Access Control, PA Systems, AV Systems, UPS/Redundant Systems, DG Sync Power, and Fire Detection Systems.
- Prepare cost estimates, project proposals, and secure statutory approvals.
- Identify, select, and manage contractors, licensors, EPC, and PMC consultants in compliance with organizational procedures.
- Monitor project progress, resolve technical and operational challenges, and ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
- Ensure adherence to safety, compliance, and regulatory standards across all electrical activities.
🛠️ Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
- 15+ years of experience in electrical construction management within industrial or infrastructure projects.
- Proven expertise in greenfield and brownfield project execution.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, power distribution, and automation technologies.
- Experience managing contractors, EPC consultants, and statutory approvals.
- Excellent project planning, budgeting, and cost estimation skills.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
