📋 Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound, outbound, and inventory operations in compliance with GDP & GxP standards.
- Execute SAP warehouse and logistics transactions, including GRN, material movements, stock reconciliations, and dispatch updates.
- Maintain cold chain and temperature-controlled logistics for pharmaceutical products.
- Monitor and coordinate 3PL and transportation partners to ensure timely deliveries and adherence to SLAs.
- Maintain accurate records, SOPs, logbooks, and shipment documentation according to pharma compliance guidelines.
- Conduct cycle counts, stock audits, and reconciliations to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Support regulatory inspections, customer audits, and internal quality checks for warehouse operations.
- Ensure HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) standards are strictly followed.
- Identify and implement process improvements to optimize cost, accuracy, and compliance.
