🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- Collect Training Needs Identification (TNI) from Business Group Heads and Plant Heads.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive learning strategy aligned with organizational goals.
- Design, deliver, and facilitate engaging learning programs, including:
- Leadership development programs
- Technical skills training
- Soft skills enhancement workshops
- Maintain and update the curriculum catalog, ensuring content relevance and program effectiveness.
- Conduct workshops, webinars, and in-person training sessions.
- Evaluate learning program impact using metrics, KPIs, and analytics to optimize future initiatives.
- Manage learning and development budgets, ensuring resource efficiency.
- Collaborate with external vendors and consultants for program delivery.
- Develop internal trainers and build organizational training capabilities.
